Executive Biography & Professional Background
Dr. Mainan Ray serves as a Senior Advisory Board Member for Zycon Foundation, bringing deep institutional authority, regulatory insight, and academic distinction to the organization's legal and public policy framework. Recognized as an authority in Taxation, Corporate Laws, and Business Jurisprudence, Dr. Ray currently holds the post of Associate Professor at Amity Law School, Amity University, Kolkata. Over an illustrious career spanning more than eleven years in research, teaching, and legal consultancy, he has established a proven track record of bridging corporate legal strategy with public sector governance.
Dr. Ray earned his Ph.D. in Tax Law from the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from the National Law University (NLU), Jodhpur. Demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous interdisciplinary growth, he is also a Master of Business Administration (MBA) alongside specialized research in Artificial Intelligence and Law from Lund University, Sweden. He is also a Certified GST Practitioner and Certified Income Tax Practitioner under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India.
